Ready to stock up on Apex Packs and get closer to that heirloom? Thanks to the Creator Commissioner events introduced in Apex Legends: Takeover, Players now have a chance to earn up to 83 Apex Packs for free — just by playing and completing challenges throughout the season.

Let’s break down how it all works and how you can maximize your rewards across the event.

What Are Creator Commissioner Events?

Starting February 11, Apex Legends: Takeover introduced a new system called Creator Commissioner events, where top community creators each take over the game for two weeks. Every creator sets community-wide goals and personalized challenges, offering Apex Packs and exclusive Legendary skins as rewards.

Each Creator’s event runs for two weeks, broken into two phases:

Week 1: Community Challenges

  • These are global goals the entire playerbase contributes to.
  • Depending on how far the community gets, more Apex Packs become available to earn in Week 2.

Reward tiers:

  • Tier 1: 10 Packs
  • Tier 2: 15 Packs
  • Tier 3: 20 Packs

The current challenge (under Ninjayla) involves revives and respawns:

  • 20M = 10 packs
  • 50M = 15 packs
  • 70M = 20 packs

Week 2: Earn Your Packs Through Challenges

Once the community hits its goals, Week 2 unlocks the real grind — individual challenges. You’ll need to complete five personal challenges to claim the full set of Apex Packs.

Examples include:

  • Play acertain number of matches
  • Deal damage with specific legend classes or weapon types
  • Restore shields
  • Gift Creator-themed trackers

After completing these, you’ll unlock all the packs the community earned. Additionally, each Creator has selected a Legendary weapon skin you’ll unlock when you complete their set of challenges.
