This is a classic marketing move from Respawn, as using heirlooms in LTMs can increase their appeal—making players more likely to purchase them afterward.

Capture the Flag mode nearly finished

Apex Legends could be getting a Capture the Flag (CTF) mode soon, as development is reportedly almost complete. This mode has been rumored for a while, with references found in TDMfiles.
